PLAN's clergy, organization, and community leaders are invited to join us on Tuesday, December 17th 11:15 am as we meet with Sam Epps, Local 25 ( HERE ) Hotel Workers Union & AFLCIO President. Local 25 ( HERE ) is the union of hotel, restaurant, and casino workers in the Washington D.C. metro region. They are committed to respecting the workers who have fought to make traditionally low-wage jobs into good, family-sustaining, middle-class jobs. Creating sustainable jobs changes the workers' lives for the better, and supports the local economy.
