About the Event
Drawing on decades of experience developing leaders within the IAF network, Mr. Gecan will lead participants through core principles of relational organizing and public leadership, including building one-to-one relationships, identifying and developing self-interest, and organizing institutions to act together for change.
PLAN, BUILD, and DC Power are sister organizations affiliated with the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF), working respectively in Prince George's County, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C. This joint training reflects our shared commitment to developing strong, effective leadership across our congregations and communities. We appreciate Jim Cross and the congregation of Laurel Presbyterian Church for hosting this session.
